On the launch of the Ideal Manager EXPO
Nowadays, management positions are often mocked as a punishment game.
Young people are no longer aspiring to become managers, putting a lot of pressure on managers. However,
it is managers who stand between the executive team and employees, provide guidance for their teams, support the growth of their subordinates,
foster a good atmosphere within the organization, and are the driving force behind the organization.
We decided to hold the Ideal Manager EXPO with the hope of supporting such managers and
contributing to the strengthening of Japanese companies by fostering an organization where managers can shine and members can make great strides
Event Highlights
From digital transformation and business efficiency improvements to improving the office environment,
Japan's largest* exhibition for back offices and business managers
This exhibition brings together a wide range of products and services for back offices.
Based on the concept of a "business town" for back office workers, it consists of nine exhibitions and is held in Tokyo (spring and autumn), Kansai, and Nagoya.
Seminars and networking events for back office staff will also be held at the same time!
